Once a sales order is ready to delivery at the customer’s site, EzeeBookz Delivery App takes control of the total delivery system – starting from checking details of the order i.e. customer details, products, quantities, delivery date-time and so on to taking on-screen signature of the customer after successful delivery.
In case of any damage, return, unavailability of the customer and such cases, the app provides unique yet simple method to note the status in the app which will instantly updated in the central application and both the company and the customer will be informed regarding the status through mail/sms.
Once the order is delivered successfully, the delivery-person can take on-screen signature of the customer as the confirmation of the delivery and it’ll be stored in the server with full delivery history i.e. date, time, GPS location, order details, signature etc.
As majority of the user of this application are supposed to be unskilled workers, the delivery app is designed with retina ready icons and simple screen-flow to make it easy to operate by any user without any exhaustive training.
